to say we enjoyed paris is a gross understatement. 

and i'm happy to report that everything i packed was perfectly appropriate for the week, not only functionally speaking, but also fashionably. woo!

once, joe & i were eating sandwiches on the street and a frenchman came up to us to ask for directions. as he approached us in a flurry of vowels, i was able to successfully communicate with him in french to tell him that we don't speak french. i felt incredibly accomplished.

never underestimate high school french, guys. it adequately prepared me for a week in paris.

i got a comment on my vlog yesterday from someone i didn't even know (yay!) saying they were getting excited about a european trip they were going on and that they were really interested by watching my vlog. (yay!) i love comments, guys.
